1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skyrocket BPO financial modeling platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skyrocket BPO provides an AI-powered financial modeling tool that allows users to generate, edit, save, export, and share 5-year financial projections for business ideas. The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic Claude) to generate model assumptions based on user-provided prompts. All outputs are estimates and should not be considered financial advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
  • Guest users (unauthenticated) may use the Service with limited functionality; their data is stored locally in their browser and is not backed up by us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service without our written permission.
  • Publish financial models to the public gallery that contain personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The financial models, projections, and assumptions generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Skyrocket BPO makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business or financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Skyrocket BPO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any business data and assumptions you input. By publishing a model to the public gallery, you grant Skyrocket BPO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that model within the Service.

7. Public Models

When you publish a financial model to the public Samples Gallery, it becomes accessible to all users and visitors without authentication. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We reserve the right to remove any publicly published model that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyrocket BPO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyrocket BPO and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
